Rabbits are not litter trained. Provide a litter box of hay for your rabbit and he will use it; no training necessary. Wire floors are cruel and should never be used.
Rabbits need exercise and can not be confined to cages 24 hrs a day. A rabbit alone outside in a cage is dying of boredom and, perhaps, fear. Don't get a rabbit unless you think of it as a "real" pet.
