Clover in His New Harness

I don't know if he is a dwarf or a mini lop ear, but all I know is that he is a year old, fully grown, and suppose to be a butterfly nose marked English mini lop rabbit, but I can't tell if he is a mini or a dwarf, can someone help me tell?

In this picture he is standing, if i put my finger tips in the ground next to him, his shoulders touch my 2 cm below my wrist. You can find me on face book if you want to give me any info on what kind of sized rabbit he is.
